The first blossoms...
Last fall we dug up (or rather had someone else dig up) the small patch of grass in front of the store so that we could have a flower garden. We had a plan, but of course many of the plants were not available last fall. So Jerry planted some bulbs so that we could have a little color this spring, even in the empty spots.

Lupines from Hoffman Fabrics....we have a great table runner pattern that goes with these prints....will have kits in the near future.
And little florals from Lakehouse Drygoods by Holly Holderman. You might want to check out the rest of the Penelope collection on the website as there are some really nice teacup prints that are a part of this group also, along with a sweet little dessert print on a black background. And, as we tea drinkers know, teacup and tea fabrics are hard to come by.
