A nip here a tuck there....
We are getting a facelift....or rather the we are working on a new face for the shop. The first step is the beginning of a flower garden in front of the shop. The grass is off and we have the beginning of the garden planted. The garden experts just down the road from us at Savage Plants helped us with a plan, and the crew at Port Gamble gave us a hand with the preparation. (Note, even the boss is lending a hand.)
Next is our the new fence......not just for looks. The fence will also keep the kids who play at the playground behind the shop from popping out from behind the building into the path of some unsuspecting quilter's car.
