Jerry has been busy taking pictures for new covers for our Quilted Strait patterns. We wanted to photograph the quilts and wall hangings here at Port Gamble. Here are some of the pictures from his photo shoots. The first pictures are for Lauretta Ehling's
"Two at a Time" Table Runner patterns. Many of us at the shop have made these table runners over and over - for friends, family and housewarming and wedding gifts. They are quick and easy and the cutting is arranged so that you get two, quilt as you go, table runners at a time....from just two 1 3/8 yard pieces of fabric. Our current sample features some great
green beans and
tomato fabrics from Timeless Treasures, but any
vegetable print would work. The pictures were taken at the Terrapin Farm Stand which is at the end of our block. There is always a flurry among those of us who work at the shop between four and five as we all rush over to the stand and pick up vegetables for dinner and check out what is new in the fruit baskets!
